TENUTA BRICCO SAN GIORGIO - Vinchio d’Asti, Piemonte
About the Winery
Tenuta Bricco San Giorgio develops thanks to the passion for wine of Davide Laiolo, inherited from his Grandfather Gino. Davide is the 3rd Generation winemaker.
Located in the heart of Monferrato, in the municipality of Vinchio (south of Asti and east of Alba) – Unesco World Heritage Site – this family winery started 50 years ago and now, thanks to Davide, the focus remains on producing high quality wines, highlighting the typicity of the Piemonte terroir. From the early age, Davide followed in his grandfather's footsteps and helped him in the cellar and in the vineyards.
Today, the young owner puts into practice the secrets that have been handed down to him over the years, strongly in a conviction: the quality of wine is made in the vineyard. He stands by his grandfather's decision to produce only high-quality wines. The winery cultivates 8 hectares of vineyards in the municipality of Vinchio and Castelnuovo Calcea, located in the heart of the Monferrato Astigiano. Thanks to the nature of the soil, the specific micro-climate, the exposure to the sun, and Davide's passion and attention to his terroir, typical wines with a great structure and aromas are made at Tenuta Bricco San Giorgio.
A gem winery, and a dedicated family with strong value and passion. Discover their selection !
